Full job description
Growing disability firm is seeking a full time attorney to handle social security disability and veterans disability claimsDuties will include reviewing ssa`s electronic folder, preparing clients for their hearings, preparing a brief, recommending action both pre-hearing and post-hearing and completing a post hearing summaryYou will work in conjunction with our support staff as well.
Requirements:
Experience handling a minimum of 50-100 ssd hearings
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent judgment
Compassionate
Must be able to provide own transportation and travel to hearings as needed
