Our company is growing and we are looking for a talented and experienced recruiter to join our team as a contractor for 6 months.
Responsibilities
Develop, update job descriptions, and post to appropriate job boards
Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media, etc
Screening candidates to ensure efficient interview to hire ratioinitial assessment of applicants’ relevant knowledge, soft skills, experience and aptitude
Help with onboarding new hires to ensure they become fully integrated into vida teams
Work with hr team closely to apply hr/recruiting best practices
Provide analytical and recruiting reports as needed
Act as the single point of contact throughout the interview process and build influential candidate relationships during the process
Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”
Qualifications
Proven experience as a full cycle recruiter
Working closely with hiring managers/hr in presenting and negotiating offers with finalists
Solid experience of sourcing, interviewing, doing reference checks, etc
Familiarity with hr databases and applicant tracking systems (ats)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong influencing and decision-making skills
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Experience of hiring across a breadth of roles in the health and wellness area is a plus
