About the role*
You will be responsible for developing and nurturing a strong, talented pipeline of engineering & data candidatesWe are looking for a talented and experienced talent sourcer to join our team as a contractor for 6 months.
Responsibilities
Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media, etc
Screening candidates to ensure efficient interview to hire ratio
Develop, update job descriptions, and post to appropriate job boards
Initial assessment of applicants’ relevant knowledge, soft skills, experience and aptitude
Work with talent team closely to apply recruiting best practices
Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”
Qualifications
Minimum bachelor`s degree
Experience of hiring across a breadth of roles in the engineering & tech space
Working closely with hiring managers/hr
Solid experience of sourcing, interviewing, doing reference checks, etc.
Familiarity with hr databases and applicant tracking systems (ats) - we use lever
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
