The opportunity: vso is in immediate need of an associate recruiterThe primary purpose of this role will be to coordinate interviews and support other talent acquisition needsAs the individual becomes more familiar and comfortable with the role and company, they will engage in pre-screen phone and video interviewsThis is a remote opportunity.
The role:
Serve as scheduling support for candidates and interviewers throughout the interview day, and assisting the account team in resolving any scheduling conflicts if they arise
Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed
Interact with interviewers/hiring managers and candidates to schedule interviews
Setting up interviews across various business functions and levels through our applicant tracking system- paylocity
Track, manage, and update candidates and jobs in paylocity
Requirements:
Experience at least 1 year experience in scheduling and coordinating
Experience in recruiting/talent acquisition is preferred
Experience working on any applicant tracking systems will be preferred
Good ms office skills
Ability to work independently
Excellent english written and spoken skills
Ability to understand time zones and the challenges of scheduling based on different regions
Cheerful/positive disposition
Military veteran hiring experience is a plus
Ability to work some nights and weekends as needed when the open positions are needing to be filled in a tight timeline
Not required, but recommended to be near dallas, tx area or northern virginia
