About the role
Participate in agile leadership meetings to validate the accuracy of project requirements.
Accomplishes department objectives by managing staff; planning and evaluating department activities.
Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
Ensures a safe, secure, and legal work environment.
Develops personal growth opportunities.
Help employees develop functional and regression testing plans.
Coaching team members, providing supervision and feedback to team members, and performance management
Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
Should work in onsite-offshore model, support the project and adhere to the nature of the project
Coordinate in developing test plans to ensure success for releases on all complex projects.
Ability to handles pressure and is highly skilled in communication practices
Identify business requirements and apply information to the functional and non-functional testing processes.
Accomplishes financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
Must have
Minimum 7+ years of qa experience.
Experience working in agile/scrum environment
Strong ability to communicate professionally at all levels, attend various scrum ceremonies, and triage meetings
Strong knowledge of sql, sql scripts
Nice to have
Python prog./web framework knowledge is plus
Knowledge of postgresql
Web services testing (rest, soapui)
Automation using selenium/java
Functional use of jira
Experience with qtest
Prior experience in payment processing
Knowledge of siebel/crm applications
This job may be performed remotely within the united states, except that it is not eligible to be performed in colorado.
