Responsibilities
Meet new business production goals and objectives by solicit for new business via telephone, networking, and other warm lead sources provided by the agency
Follow proven sales process to maximize new business conversion rate
Daily activities will include contacting prospects, quoting new business, following up with recently quoted prospects, closing new business and making sure new accounts are set up properly
Build relationships with prospects and ask each customer for referrals
Maintain knowledge of new products by participating in ongoing education programs offered by the agency
Requirements
Must currently hold a property & casualty license
Must have experience selling insurance in michigan
Have an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude
Great self-starter with a sense of urgency
Have the ability to answer prospective client`s questions efficiently and effectively
