Amazing opportunity for an experienced affiliate manager to join a super fast-growing companyThrough the combination of leading web services providers endurance international group and web.com group, our portfolio of brands includes bluehost, crazydomains, hostgator, network solutions, register.com, web.com, and many othersWe help customers of all sizes build a digital presence that delivers resultsThe affiliate associate manager will assist in the management of the day-to-day operations of our affiliate program, including relations with affiliates, networks, and partnersYou will directly manage multiple affiliate relationships to effectively grow their accounts and in turn, our programIn addition, you’ll be running campaigns to improve the overall performance of the affiliate channelWhat you’ll do:
Running various affiliate marketing campaigns and write content for those campaigns such as newsletter, reactivation of the affiliate base, and activation campaign
Think outside the box to develop and execute tactical campaign ideas that will help the affiliate channel grow
Identify and recruit affiliates that are critical for the business, specifically affiliates that rank on high-volume keywords on google
Manage top affiliate partnerships
Negotiate affiliate commissions; depending on life time revenue set up goals for the affiliates to get a higher commission or drop their commissions down for affiliates with lower ltr
Remain up to date with new product offerings and share with new and existing affiliates for potential sale opportunities
Determine which affiliates to cross recruit between the multiple brands that we own
Reporting & analysis:
Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement, and recommend ways to increase affiliate-generated revenues
Create clear and concise reports to direct tactics and strategy
Who you are:
Minimum 4+ years affiliate marketing experience
Proven, measurable results in developing and growing affiliate relationships
Knowledge and understanding of affiliate tracking methods, tagging and sale attribution
Knowledge and understanding of affiliate networks, mainly impact
Ability to take on multiple projects at the same time
Strong organizational, analytical, presentation, and problem-solving skills
Highly proficient in ms excel with the usage of advanced functionality: e.gVlookups, index match, sumifs
You have the ability to create concise, straightforward reporting
The ability to understand numbers and trends and develop action plans
Understanding and knowledge of additional online marketing channels (ppc, seo, email marketing, media buys, etc.) to be able to assist and guide affiliate base
You always communicate clearly, professionally, and courteously over a variety of mediums
