In this role you will be responsible for providing best-in-class recruitment strategies that support our growth and for developing, driving, and executing on staffing initiatives across the organization!

Develop recruitment strategies to identify qualified candidates through various recruiting tools
Collaborate with hiring managers regularly to review role-specific recruiting plans
Proactively source active and passive candidates
Negotiate salaries and other terms and conditions of employment with candidates
Ensure a positive candidate experience
Knowledge of applicable employment laws
Qualifications:
Full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate environment or a blend of corporate with agency experience
Bachelor’s degree in hr or related field preferred
Experience with applicant tracking systems, workday preferred
Experience recruiting for a variety of roles based on business need and changing priorities
Ability to source talent through social media channels and other networking activities
Must be able to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Self-starter, self-motivated; capable of staying focused without close supervision
Hr certification through shrm and/or hrci preferred
