Wider circle is a silicon valley healthcare start-up that engages with members of the community to learn how to maintain and improve their health, and outlook on life.
We are now seeking a vice president of marketing who is passionate understands our customers -health plans and payer organizations such as medicare advantage and medicaid plansAt wider circle we are proud to be a drug free company and the selected candidate must pass a criminal background check and drug test.
Responsibilities
Build & manage a marketing team and a marketing consulting team.
Provide marketing support to the sales, operations, programing, and training functions.
Design and implement targeted multi-channel strategies to attract and retain members, including mail, email, phone, online, onsite, social media, videos, etc.
Develop content and marketing materials to support member growth and retention initiatives; foster relationships and collaborate with outside creative resources to help execute on vision.
Create and execute annual strategic communications plans for key accounts (e.g., health plans and community partners).
Measure and share campaign performance to internal (growth marketing, product, and account team) and external (customer) stakeholders.
Oversee strategy for member events and work with the field operations team to improve member engagement through events.
Develop consultative and strategic relationships with our customers on the topic of communications and member marketing.
Oversee pr and build a media presence to support customer and member acquisition
Maintain/update company website.
Monitor and interpret analytics for website, mailing campaigns, and social media.
Requirements
7+ years b2c, b2b and/or healthcare marketing experience
10+ years of multi-channel marketing experience
Experience w/ email campaign software (e.g., marketo, mailchimp) 4Deep knowledge of facebook & instagram.
Demonstrated project & vendor management skills.
Experience working at investor backed startups.
Content writing and development experience is a plus.
