Position overview:
Wings over is seeking a marketing coordinator to join our team part-time (10-30hrs per week)This position will play an important role in the success of wings over by working directly with our marketing team to set a strong foundation for the development and execution of our marketing strategyFor us, great marketing is as important as seamless operations.
Overview:
Manage guest relations, responding to guest reviews and surveys, increasing positive guest feedback online, and tracking results.
Manage our social community, posting on our social platforms, interacting with guests, and tracking results.
Promote wings over within our surrounding communities, facilitating food drops, fundraisers, catering initiatives, and local events.
Be responsible for creating an increase in brand awareness, generating sales, and building strong community relationships.
What you bring to the table:
1-3 years of marketing or customer service experience
A passion for restaurants
A love for great food
Strong writing skills
Guest-first attitude
An eye for marketing ideas that are unique and memorable
Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Day in the life:
Respond to guest feedback from yelp, google, and survey platforms, increasing positive guest experiences.
Answer our main inquiry email, assisting guests with order information and relaying that information or our local stores, assisting with guest needs, and any fundraising, catering, or special requests.
Establish positive and ongoing business relationships with retailers, hotels, and organizations in wings over communities.
Generate additional local interest in our restaurants by building relationships with area schools, non-profits, and other organizations by promoting our fundraiser program and scheduling fundraiser nights
Promote catering offerings to local businesses and offices
Physical demands: frequent standing/walking, sitting, bending, bend and twist neck and waist, reach above and below shoulders and squat, use hands, reaching or grasping with hands and arms, and be able to lift up to 25 pounds on an occasional basisMust be able to work under pressure and be flexible to work long hours, sometimes irregular hours, including weekends and holidays.
