Us: looking for a skilled enterprise account manager

Real green systems is looking for a great candidate for our enterprise account manager roleIn this role, you will assist our larger customers with the support of our software, providing exceptional customer serviceYou will need to have previous experience working for large clients, as you will be interacting with clients such as corporate-level accounts on a daily basisIf you are passionate about helping people and working with awesome teams in a fun environment, we want to meet you!
Responsibilities:
Handling customer technical support cases through phone and email submission, providing exceptional customer service with a high sense of urgency, attention to detail and excellent communication skills
Creates brief documents or video tutorials for use in our real green academy online learning portal
Evaluating system potential through assessing the compatibility of new programs with existing programs
Improving existing programs by evaluating objectives and specifications, reviewing proposed changes and making recommendations
Achieving objectives through collecting relevant data, identifying and evaluating options and suggesting a course of action including effective feature request documentation and follow up
Maintain client confidence by continually furthering education on the green industry and software best practices, focusing on customer satisfaction and retention and escalating unresolved high profile issues
Preparing reference material for users by drafting operation instructions
Requirements:
At least five years of experience in software technical support
Experience working with larger clients (e.gCorporate-level clients) as a significant aspect of your technical support job
Experience assisting customers that have more elaborate user requirements and a large number of users
Experience with sql is preferred
High school diploma required
A degree in computer science or a related field is preferred
