Job description: take x3 sports to the next level by managing all marketing efforts for the companyKey responsibilities for this role include:
Provide direction for all marketing efforts by developing and executing annual marketing plans
Work along-side agency to lead branding and lead generation efforts
Manage and execute digital marketing efforts including ppc, seo, social (paid & organic) and email/marketing automation efforts
Provide data and analytics to drive strategic and sales decisions
Lead efforts to develop new website content and features
Provide guidance and structure around grass roots local marketing
Coordinate member loyalty program efforts as they relate to lead generation efforts
Manage public relations and influencer marketing efforts
Manage all social media platforms to include content creation, communication, and voice for x3 sports.
Manage efforts of an internal marketing coordinator as well as an external digital agency
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing mediums
Report and provide insights based on key marketing performance indicators
Experience
Required
3-5 years of experience with client side marketing efforts and at least 1-2 years in a leadership role
Hands on experience with digital marketing execution including ppc, seo, social (paid media and organic efforts) and email marketing
Experience with lead generation based marketing and bridging the gap with sales staff
Degree in marketing, digital media, or related field
Pluses
Direct experience with infusionsoft or other marketing automation platform
Maintaining a website with a wordpress content management system
Light html skills
Gym industry experience
