Full job description
Monday - friday 11am - 8pm (1 hour break)
Work remotely from home on a daily basis
Meet with manager in town once a month for refreshers and continued training.
Run a dispatch board with up to 1,000 contractors who use an app to log in and out of their serviceSend reminders to drivers to accept and end routesCall drivers and help with technical difficulties or questionsStart at 11am and end day and close down dispatch board by 8pm.
Full in-person training provided in fredericksburg by local manager, with consistent follow-up and support.
Must have customer service skills, and be personableMust have patience and the ability to assist people as neededMust be willing to call or text people and help them as needed with the dispatch board and the mobile app.
