We are currently seeking a full-time intensive-in-home therapist to serve clients in rockingham and guilford counties.
We offer competitive compensation, benefits, cell phone/mileage reimbursement, and incentive bonusesIncentive bonuses are based on successful, full-time employment as an intensive-in-home team lead (this is a licensed therapist position, must be licensed: lcsw, lmft, lcmhc/provisionally licensed acceptable) as follows:
Successful completion of 90 day probationary period-$500
8 months-$500
1 year-$1000
Every year thereafter, you are eligible to receive an `annual incentive bonus` of $3,000 (must remain in the iih team lead position to receive bonuses)
