The role*
The yubienterpise console is the main cloud-hosted customer portal for yubico’s enterprise customersIt provides visibility, logistics support, and management of their yubikey fleet.
Your job, as product line manager for yubienterprise services, would be to support and expand the capabilities of this serviceBe part of a fast-paced, high-energy team, work with customers that represent some of the most sophisticated technology buyers on the planetYou report directly to the vp of productThis team is open to candidates across the us, while the engineering teams are primarily us west coast (palo alto, seattle) and stockholm.
Tasks & responsibilities:
Primary responsibility for managing features, release roadmap of yubikey software products, primarily yubienterprise cloud services
Work closely with the executive team, engineering, ux, solutions, and marketing on the direction of our product and services development
Represent yubico in meetings with key customers and partners
Engage with customers globally to understand opportunities for new products
Work closely with product marketing to evangelize and market yubienterprise cloud services, including product collateral, blogs, press releases, etc.
Skills and experience:
Require 3+ years of relevant product management / technical product management experience with a b2b saas product / service
Experience in creating a product from inception to market entry
Experience with building and maintaining a cloud service
Working knowledge and experience leveraging public clouds for building a cloud service
A good understanding of identity, access, and credential management is desired
Ability to keep up in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
Experience with agile development methodology and toolsgood knowledge of hardware, security is a plus, but not required
Mba is desired, not required
