Zachary piper solutions is seeking a srSalesforce adminstrator to provide support to the dod cyber crime center in linthicum, mdThis branch is responsible for all external customer support, including dib partner onboarding, dibnet and salesforce management, outreach services to promote dib participation, and collaboration in the dib cs program.
Clearance: secret
Location: fully remote with occasional on-site work in linthicum, md
Responsibilities for the srSalesforce administrator include:
Serve as a salesforce administrator for an environment consisting of up to 1,000 users
Oversee administrative functions including user maintenance, modification of page layouts, generation of reports and dashboards, creation of new fields and other routine tasks
Automate processes using salesforce tools such as process builder, approval processes and validation rules
Manage salesforce integration projects and collaborate with key stakeholders to identify solutions
Qualifications for the srSalesforce administrator include:
18-22 years of professional experience without a degree; 10-14 years with a bachelors degree
Employee must earn a salesforce certification within six months of employment (adm201 and adm211)
Strong understanding of crm best practices and functionality preferred
Strong understanding of the salesforce platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, processes, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity preferred
Compensation of the srSalesforce administrator include:
$100k-120k+ **based on experience**
