As one of the fastest growing companies in residential solar, we are seeking a self managed, self motivated professional to provide operational and field marketing support for our residential solar installation divisionPlease read more about who we are following the job description.

Field marketing: you will lead the charge in creating a welcoming installation environment that encourages neighbors to engage with us and creates trust in our brandThis includes deployment of on-site branding materials (a-frame, flags) distribution of marketing materials (door hangers, educational pamphlets) to neighbors, and taking photos and videos of the installationYou will meet with homeowners to ensure a best in class experience, gather referrals and reviews, and engage with passing neighbors to share our messaging and answer questions about solar.
Installation operations: you will support our installation crews by ensuring all proper paperwork and work permits are completed accurately and on-time, coordinate and ensure final work inspections are scheduled, completed and documentedYou will run errands for day of installation needs and provide general support for the crews as needed.

What you will be doing
You will join zenernet in promoting sustainable energy solutions to homeowners, while supporting our installation crews through project planning and community outreachThis is not a field sales, door knocking, cold calling role.
This is a field relations position where you will spend most of your time visiting our installation sitesYou will be establishing rapport and engaging with the homeowners and neighbors, educating them on the install process, and solar energy, and generating leads.
You will also be responsible for installation content generation through photography (phone camera and drone).
Full time employment role
Responsible for visiting 1-2 installation sites per day
Responsible for ensuring all installations are permitted and compliant with local statutes.
Los angeles and orange county area.

Experience in or interest in starting a career in sales or experiential marketing

Must be outgoing, friendly and can communicate clearly with confidence and enthusiasm.
Have a valid driver`s license, vehicle insurance and reliable transportation.
Computer skills including crm experience is a plus.
Experience with photography and operating a drone is a plus
