What you’ll do:
Perform regression, integration and release testing for applications developed by redtail technology.
Test in multi-browser (chrome, firefox, microsoft, safari) and multi-platform environments (windows, mac, android).
Accountable for accurate test results.
Work closely with product managers and feature developers to identify feature use cases and devise efficient and repeatable testing processes.
Work with the team to schedule and prioritize tasks to promote efficient use of time.
Isolate, replicate, and report defects and verify defect fixes.
Managing test planning, development, setup, execution and defect management.
Working to develop methodology and discipline across the quality assurance practice.
Coordinating resources (including off-shore or near-shore vendors) in accordance with the project schedule.
About you:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or management, quantitative analysis, computer science or other related degrees.
At least three years of practical related experience, preferably with digital products (websites, web applications, data, corporate enterprise application implementations)Experience in media/publishing is a plus.
Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, ability to manage work from multiple projects simultaneously and good grasp of business concepts.
Ability to work under pressure and prioritize work, and flexibility to change priorities quickly.
Experience filing bugs via jira or similar system; proven bug detection and isolation skills.
Excellent people and communication skills and team oriented are essential.
