Senior python developer (remote)

Speaking of fresh ideas, this role is for an emerging project within our incubator program that is exploring new markets, new technologies, and new ways of working to influence the broader platformYou will be part of a team that is creating an exciting new mobile application that launched in 2020We are looking for a python web application developer to build our new mobile first application to help our customer improve their financial healthWork with an agile team in a start-up environment to bring our vision to the marketThis is a green field projectBring your experience in using proven and current technologies to help us get this to market within a year.
If you have these qualifications…
Design and implement a microservice based application using python, django, flask and related frameworks, in aws or azure
5+ years of experience in building and deploying web applications using the python ecosystem like django, flask
2+ years of experience with django
Experience with restful api design, orm concepts, software testing
Experience creating web services to support spa front endExperience with supporting mobile app a plus
Experience in a start-up like environment where we build and iterate quickly
Experience developing with es6 and react is a plus
Experience working with docker and kubernetes, microservice patterns a plus

The salary range for this position is $116,000 - $137,000; commensurate salary to be determined based on skills, professional background and expertiseThis position is also eligible, pursuant to applicable emoney policies, for the annual bonus program, retirement contributions, health insurance, sick leave, parental leave and paid time off.
