Real estate sales specialist
We are looking for a real estate specialist to coordinate and perform showings with active buyers and sellers handed directly to them from our zillow select programThe ideal agent must be a responsible individual with great attention to detailAs an agent on our team, you will negotiate and handle the contract process, with the support of transaction coordinators and a hands-on sales manager to support youThat way we can deliver unparalleled value to our clients through service, knowledge, and skillsOur full-time staff helps to elevate our agents, so they can learn and grow productive real estate careers.
We have a nonstop flow of leads both buyer and seller leadsThey are all inbound live connected callsNo cold calling, all inboundWe need additional agents that can handle a consistent flow of buyers and are comfortable putting an extra 2-4 buyers under contract per month.
Responsibilities:
Identify customer preferences and forecast market trends
Receive a consistent flow of zillow inbound leads and show houses
Find and organize properties to show on a daily basis
Negotiate terms of agreements to achieve the best deal for our clients
Train and grow your skills to become the best agent possible
Collaborate with other agents and be a part of our family-like culture
Attend team meetings and training
Open to growth and more opportunity
Qualifications:
Licensed real estate agent
Outstanding communication abilities
Excellent organizational skills
Demonstrable aptitude in effective negotiating
Up to speed with purchasing best practices
Familiarity with market conditions
