The position:
The srClient success lead (srCsl) is responsible for the implementation, renewal, and ongoing support of the benefits administration platform for a dedicated block of clientsThis position requires the ability to resolve client issues and concerns expeditiously with a perceived effortless experience on the client`s partYou will work closely with our clients and broker partners, maintaining strong relationships to achieve exceptional results for clients as well as the company.

Here`s what we`ll expect from you:
Implement benefits administration platforms for new clients, gather requirements and import data, carry out system configuration and testing, and perform virtual training for hr users
Serve as the primary contact and subject matter expert for a dedicated block of clients, managing client expectations and providing ongoing support of the platform
Respond to all client inquiries, issues, questions, and requests in a timely manner while maintaining accountability and consistent follow-through
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, performing root cause analysis and effectively communicating solutions to clients
Manage the client renewal process, including requirements gathering, system configuration and testing, and setup of open enrollment
About you:
Experience implementing and supporting benefits administration platforms (experience using bswift a plus)
Minimum 2 years` experience in the employee benefits industry
Proficient in excel (vlookup, pivot tables, basic functionality)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Detail oriented self-starter with proven time management and organizational skills
Fast learner with the ability to work independently and effectively collaborate
Must possess a passion for teamwork, client service, and reaching business results through problem solving
