Full job description
Position responsibilities:
Management and facilitation of all activities related to project delivery.
Creation and management of project plans, and reporting on project status.
Elicitation of requirements from internal and external customers.
Writing and execution of test cases to ensure requirements were developed correctly.
Education of end users on what is being promoted, and the user acceptance testing they need to perform.
Creation of training documents and the providing of customer training.
Required qualifications:
5+ years of relevant experience as a project manager.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to create detailed, well-written documentation for a variety of audiences.
Experience interacting with external customers, and managing customer expectations.
Experience managing the delivery of enterprise software solutions as an external consultant.
Project management professional (pmp) certification.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with enterprise content management (ecm) solutions.
Experience with professional services automation tools such as mavenlink.
Experience functioning as a business analyst.
Experience functioning as a quality assurance specialist / software tester.
