We are currently looking for a customer service representative to work full time with our fast-paced growing companyAppliance knowledge is not required but is a plusWe are looking for someone who is energetic, has great communication skills, a motivated self-starter who is great at multi-tasking and has a good work ethicYou must also be reliableWork from home experience a plus.

Responsibilities:
- check voicemails and return calls.
- answer phones in a timely manner and schedule service calls to meet service technician’s availability.
- orders parts for each technician
- reschedule customers once parts come back in, per tech availability.
- communicate with customers via phone, text, or email.
- manage new service calls created by other schedulers.
- provide customers with an eta for their service call, in accordance with company policy.
- ensure daily that the technician’s routes flow smoothly
Qualifications:
-must have a cell phone
-must have good knowledge of dfw area
- must have a computer
-must have wifi
