Full job description
We are a fast growing event labor company looking for an experienced event labor coordinator to staff events including trade shows, corporate meetings, concerts, festivals, pre-production warehouse prep and more!
Job duties include:
Building jobs on our scheduling software
Scheduling and assigning qualified employees for shifts
Back-office administrative duties
Creating and sending client proposals based on estimated numbers of positions/hours needed
Tracking hours & monitoring attendance
Checking in crews on-site when needed
Providing leads with job information, paperwork, and any necessary ppe and uniform items
Negotiating rates
Job requirements:
Must be able to work nights & weekends
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 2 years of event staffing experience preferred
Experience with lasso or scheduling software preferred
Detail oriented
Excellent communication skills
Rate negotiation skills
Ability to successfully multitask
Excellent customer service skills
Professionalism with clients and staff
Staff management skills
Understanding of human resources
