Full job description
5+ years of demonstrated experience with accessibility standards and
Guidelines such as 508, 255, cvaa, en 301 549 and wcag.
Certification in accessibility is preferredExamples: trusted tester,
Cpacc (certified professional in accessibility core competencies).
3+ years of working with assistive technologiesExamples: nvda, jaws,
Zoomtext, dragon naturally speaking.
3+ years working directly with disability community.
Customer oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
Passion for technology, accessibility, and overall quality.
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Team player with proven ability to build trusted relationships and to
Work in diverse teams.
Experience with accessibility and assistive technology on multiple
Platforms including windows, android, mac, and ios.
Experience with at least one product used by microsoft enterprise
Customers such as azure, sharepoint, dynamics, or the m365 admin
Center.
The ability to work independently and handle multiple issues and
Context switch appropriately.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
