Innovet health, a service-disabled veteran owned small business (sdvosb) and emerging as a highly innovative company that provides health it and professional services to the department of veterans affairs (va)We are looking for a srTest automation engineer with a minimum of 5 years experience who can manage automation testing, integration api testing, reliability and accessibility testing as well as develop and execute test plans and cases in collaboration with users, product managers, and other stakeholdersThe position offers stimulating it projects, in a rich healthcare environment, interacting with senior staffIt is full-time and does not require relocating (remote position, work from home/us location)The pay, benefits, and growth potential are competitiveGreen card or us citizenship required.
Responsibilities
· design, develop and execute qa tests, test data using scripts and test data that automatically test functionality, regression, integration, accessibility and negative testingApply test automation processes.
· identify software defects and data quality issues in development, service, or business processes, and perform triage, troubleshooting and analysis of issues and failures in a complex multi-applications and systems environment.
· review clients and end-users’ requirements and ensure alignment with test cases and acceptance criteriaDevelop requirements traceability matrix (rtm).
· develop test plans, test readiness review report, test procedures.
· work as an agile team member to identify opportunities for automation within software testing processes.
· collaborate with other business units to recommend how test automation can improve workflow.
· present and discuss resultsManage relationship with va client, facilitate meetings
Qualifications
· bachelor`s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
· minimum of 5 years of testing experience and 3+ years of test automation experience.
· experience with software quality assurance process, data quality testing, regression, accessibility, integration and automation testing.
· agile project methodologies; jira; alm; blueprint; and automation uft tools.
· experience with selenium webdriver, testng,web driver, junit, eclipse, vs code, cypress, cucumber, rally, lambada, katalon, cypress, junit, etc.
· excellent written and verbal communication skills
· consulting experience a plus.
· greencard or us citizen requiredNo visa sponsorship can be supported.
