Role: pr media outreach specialist
The pr media outreach specialist is responsible for identifying media placement opportunities for jd bath coThe media outreach specialist will become a trusted resource and develop relationships with the media, acting as the initial point of contactThe right person for this role enjoys developing and fostering relationships, meeting new people, networking, and is committed to demonstrating how jd bath coProducts are better than other skincare products.
The pr media outreach specialist will be employed on a contract basisWe`re looking for someone to start in advance of the holiday sales season and work other hot sales times throughout the year.
Position requirements:
Ability to work independently and seek out media without a lot of structure or prompting
Connection to media outlets that feature clean beauty and skincare products
Occasional one on one meeting with ceo
A communication enthusiast with stellar grammar skills
Comfortable working in a goal driven environment
Potential to grow in responsibility as the company grows
Qualifications
Experience communicating with media outlets, editors, and bloggers
Comfortable with cold-calling
Comfortable with people telling you ‘no’
Have a go-getter, friendly and positive attitude
Experience with technology such as; google suite, shopify, and asana desired but not required.
