Responsibilities:
Lotus823 is a fast-paced agency with project and client needs changing on a day-to-day basisThis position is ideal for those eager to learn and with a passion for marketingThe assistant account executive responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Working with senior team members to plan, implement, and optimize marketing campaigns
Writing a variety of content including but not limited to blog posts, social media content, press releases, pitches, and case studies
Developing relationships with various media outlets and influencers
Creating and managing media lists database for multiple industries
Actively monitor media outlets, blogs, websites, and other platforms for coverage of client accounts
Researching new opportunities for select clients and maintaining editorial calendars
Completing various research projects, as assigned
Developing creative and critical thinking capabilities
Assisting with client strategy planning
Qualifications:
1-2 years of public relations, communications, marketing or related experience
Agency experience preferred
Ba or bs in communications, journalism, public relations, marketing, or related field
Strong work ethic
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Dedication to learning and continuous growth
Ability to adapt to a changing work environment
