As an it operations manager, you will be a key member of the infrastructure engineering team managing it assets and ensuring security across company endpointsYou will own primer`s asset and application management programs, be responsible for administrating google workspace enterprise for the company, and partner with hr to issue/reclaim equipment for onboarding and off-boarding personnelYou will also serve as the primary point of contact for all it issues and will work with primer`s managed service provider (msp) to facilitate help desk functions and ensure endpoint security through mobile device management software.

Manage company it assets and build an asset management program
Track all software in use and maintain primer`s application management program
Admin primer`s google workspace instance, to include implementing identity & access management, control implementation, and maintaining data loss prevention
Assist with initial account creation, application access, and equipment issue for personnel onboarding
Take control of turned-in equipment and prepare it for reissue as needed
Act as the primary point of contact for it-related issues and manage primer`s relationship with managed service providers
Work with primer`s primary msp to maintain endpoint security, mobile device management, and coordinate projects related to it operations
What we are looking for
Experience with endpoint management software like jamf or addigy
Experience building an asset management program
Working knowledge of google workspace and native security tools
Working knowledge of endpoint security tools,, technologies, and methods
Experience tracking software and maintaining an application management program
Able to work cross-functionally throughout the organization with little or no supervision
Strong written and oral communication skills

Experience working at a msp
Experience with us government secure networks
Experience building onboarding and off-boarding processes
