Technical inside sales specialist - biotech (remote) (f/m/d)

Vivitide is seeking a qualified technical inside sales specialist in the biotech/pharmaceutical industryWorking alongside the customer service and sales teams, this position will be responsible for positively representing vivitide to our customersThis position requires strong communication, multi-tasking, and customer service skills within a fast-paced work environment.
Job duties may include:
Build strong relationships with our customers to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction
Process product or custom inquiries, and customer orders through various sources
Work closely with the operations team to oversee custom orders and provide updates
Maintain excellent communication with customer and act as liaison between operations and customer to overcome technical organizational challenges.
Collect customer feedback and support the organization in providing an outstanding service.
Oversee and manage customer projects for assigned key customers.
Recognize cues from customer to subtly transition the conversation from service to sales when appropriate, using upselling and cross-selling skills and educate customers on complimentary products & services offered by vivitide.
Receive and process chats, calls and/or emails to answer customer questions, address their concerns and assist with orders or services.
Ensure accurate contacts and accounts data in the crm system
Other duties as required and assigned by the vp, customer service
Qualifications:
Bachelor`s degree in chemistry, biology, or relevant field
Minimum 2 years` experience in a scientific customer service/facing role
Outstanding attention to detail
Good understanding of the general manufacturing process
Excellent interpersonal skills to negotiate and resolve customer issues.
Passion for customer service and ownership of the customer experience.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced work environment
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Proficient with microsoft office suite
Working knowledge of salesforce, preferred
